This is the original and leading chalet cookery course. In the gorgeous setting of the French Alps we will teach you everything there is to know about successfully running a chalet. Competition for chalet jobs is fierce as more and more people are taking gap years. Our course is an absolute must if you want to succeed in getting a job as a chalet host. Our course is now in its 11th year and is highly regarded by the leading tour operators as well as many independently run chalet operators. Hi team, I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the tutors for a brilliant week! Lots of hard work but great fun and now I can´t wait to do a season as a chalet host! It´s a shame that I´ll have to wait until 2016/17 season but at least I´ll have loads of time to practice all those yummy recepies! I hope you all have a great summer. Regards ”

I have been meaning to contact you to say thank you so much for giving James and Hamish a fantastic week. Despite doing the course for his DofE, James is now really keen to do a ski season and so is now planning a gap year. The book really covers everything that you need to know and contains some wonderful recipes. Thank you again for an excellent course
