This is the original and leading chalet cookery course. In the gorgeous setting of the French Alps we will teach you everything there is to know about successfully running a chalet. Competition for chalet jobs is fierce as more and more people are taking gap years. Our course is an absolute must if you want to succeed in getting a job as a chalet host. Our course is now in its 12th year and is highly regarded by the leading tour operators as well as many independently run chalet operators. Feedback from employers of our previous students have been excellent with some saying our students have been the best chalet hosts ever.

We’re just about to start our season working in Les Arcs and we just wanted to say a huge thankyou for everything you did to help us get here!
– Megan & Ellen, Summer 2017
Just wanted to send you a long-overdue email to say thank you for a brilliant week at the beginning of July. I learnt so much but also had an amazing time. And yes – I did get the job with VIP ski thanks to you and so I’m off to Alpe d’Huez in just a few weeks time!
– Millie, Summer 2017
Hi & I would like to say a very big and special Thank you to Clive, Ilsa and Pete for a very good and enjoyable course last week.
If you were to ask us would we want to change any part of it? Then no, it was pitched spot on, on all aspects.
Indeed we have already tried a couple of the recipes out since our return, and making our own ‘sweet chili sauce’ was one of them.
– Andy & Hilary, Summer 2017
I just wanted to drop you a belated note to thank you for looking after Max while he was with you. He did enjoy his time with you and has even managed to cook us dinner the other night!!
– Peter, Summer 2017
