How To Book…

If you have any questions regarding payments or other details, please feel free to get in touch – info@chaletcookerycourse.co.uk or call the office on 0800 0664 996 If you missed the Availability page, please click Availability on the top menu above. We will email you the Booking Form which you must complete and return to us by post to the address marked on the form. In order to secure your place, we require a non-refundable deposit of £200pp payable immediately, with the balance payable 10 weeks before the start date. We will send a reminder one week before it is due. Please ensure you have read our Booking Conditions.

Flights…

We will provide transfers to and from Geneva airport on the Saturday the course starts and finishes. You must arrive at Geneva in the afternoon, if you arrive early you will have to wait. Please do not arrive any later than 17.00. On the departure day you must book flights departing no earlier than 14.30, any later and you will have to wait. NB: If your flight is delayed we cannot wait later than 17.30 so you may be required to get a taxi and claim via your insurance (taxi is approx. 600€) hence it is imperative you arrange Travel Insurance. If you haven´t booked flights when completing the Booking Form, please let us know flight details when confirmed.

After Booking…

When we receive your Booking Form and payment, we will send you the Chalet Host Cookery Course Schedule and other useful information, such as which companies are looking for staff right now and what you will be required to bring. We very much look forward to meeting you and teaching you everything you need to know about running a successful chalet in the Alps with style and the minimum of amount of fuss!
